Women’s Bodies & Sacred Sensuality
Come and join us for a Women's Circle Series to commune and share the innate wisdom within so that we begin to connect deeply with our bodies and embody our sacredness and what this means for you.
This is a series that over four evenings together, we can transcend the stories that our bodies hold that are no longer serving us in how we want to experience this lifetime.

What to Expect?
We will journey through the Five Energy Bodies and explore our sacredness, our womanness through Meditations, Visualization Journeys, Breathwork, self-exploration and journalling and workshops covering topics such as belief system repatterning, self-Exploration and journalling, working with our sacred bodies, flowing with the moon, yoga movements to connect to the body
There will be refreshments available for you. The coffee shop will not be open during our time. Show up as you and how you want to express yourself!
$40 for the four dates, must be purchased together as we create a sacred container to hold everything that we need, everything that we are through this time together.
