I Am the Woman Who…
A 3-Day Identity Recalibration Experience
DAY 1 THE DESCENT
Understanding the patterns that shaped the woman you became
You can't change what you can't see.
Day one is about becoming aware of the invisible structures you've been living inside - the beliefs, the expectations, the "shoulds" that shaped how you lead, love, and show up.
When you can see the pattern, you can choose differently.
DAY 2 - THE REMEMBERING
Reconnecting to your own inner compass
This day is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been set aside along the way - your values, your desires, your voice, the intelligence of your body.
Many women describe this as remembering. Not learning something new. Returning to what has been there all along.
DAY 3 - THE RISE
Stepping into the next version of yourself
Growth rarely asks us to burn it all down.
More often it asks for expansion… a willingness to take up more space, be seen differently, lead from a deeper place.
This final day explores what it means to trust that unfolding and begin moving with it.
The next chapter doesn't arrive all at once. It begins the moment you start listening to what's already asking to emerge.
Your Host, Curator and Creator of
I Am The Woman Who…
Allison Taylor is the host, curator, and creator of the I Am The Woman Who Summit, a transformational gathering designed to bring women into deeper connection with their truth, power, purpose, and next level of leadership.
As the visionary behind the summit, she opens and closes each day, setting the tone, anchoring the energy, and creating a powerful space for women to be seen, heard, activated, and supported. She also hosts the VIP Room Integration Sessions, guiding attendees to move beyond inspiration and into embodiment, clarity, and aligned action.
Through her work, Allison brings together powerful voices, meaningful conversations, and transformational experiences that support women in unwinding patterns of limitation, remembering who they are and rising into who they are.
At the heart of her mission is the belief that every woman carries a deeper knowing, a unique brilliance, and a next chapter waiting to be claimed.
She is the woman who creates the room, holds the vision, and invites every woman to boldly declare: I am the woman who…

Healing isn't a one-time event — it happens in layers, like peeling an onion. If you've ever wondered why a pattern you thought you'd "healed" keeps resurfacing, this talk offers a reframe: it's not failure, it's depth. Drawing on personal story and a guided visualization experience, this session invites you to gently meet the outer layer — the patterns, roles, and adaptations you built early on to feel safe, loved, and worthy of belonging. This is Day 1 of your descent: not demolition, but discovery. You'll leave with a new relationship to the parts of yourself that keep showing up, and a felt sense of just how much room there is to breathe when you stop fighting the process and start trusting it.

Dawn Evans

Have you ever rehearsed a hard conversation in your head a hundred times — and said it zero? In this talk, Dawn Evans reframes that stuck feeling: it's not a courage problem, it's a clarity problem. Attendees will learn the three questions that separate real desire from fear-driven noise, and walk away with a simple, grounded structure for finally having the conversation they've been avoiding — whether it's with a partner, a family member, or themselves. You'll leave with language you can use immediately, not just theory.

The Hero's Journey doesn't apply to women. Out journey, goes deep into the underworld. That is where our most authentic and power self resides. But we must travel in such a way so that we can shed the programs, facades, and masks we've collected along the way.
Morrighan knows the death of self very well. In this talk she'll take you on a walk, through the layers of grief, how to soften resistance, and what it means to come out on the other side and embody freedom. The key is your capacity and your willingness to let go.

So many women spend years becoming who they believe they need to be—building, achieving, caring for others, meeting expectations, and holding everything together. Somewhere along the way, they can lose connection with the woman underneath it all.
In The Woman Who Remembers Herself: How Returning to Your Inner Alignment Changes Everything Outside of You, Desi Bolin invites women to step away from the noise, expectations, and endless shoulds and return to the wisdom already within them.
Through the lens of Clarity, Structure, Soul, and Growth, Desi explores what becomes possible when we stop trying to change our lives solely from the outside and begin by coming home to ourselves.
Because alignment isn't about becoming someone new. It's about remembering who you were before the world told you who you should be.
When a woman remembers herself, she changes how she leads, loves, creates, chooses, and shows up—and ultimately, everything she touches.

What happens when you wake up and realize the life you’re living doesn’t quite feel like your own?
You haven’t failed. You’ve simply lost your bearings—and being lost doesn’t have to be the end of your story.
Explore how we lose touch with ourselves and find ourselves following stories, expectations, and directions that may not be our own—and how coming home to ourselves can reawaken the hero within. Reclaim your place in your own story and remember you have a hand in what it means, how you meet it, and how you choose to participate in it.

We will reveal the hidden system- gut health, circadian rhythm, and nervous system regulation- (in plain English) that determines whether women can sustain real power through midlife and beyond. Drawing on her own recovery from a near-fatal cycling accident, Dr. Leslie shows women that lasting vitality isn't about willpower or doing more. It's about working with the body's own upstream systems instead of overriding them. Key Takeaways: 1. Your gut is your control center. The inflammation driving fog, fatigue, and mood swings often starts there, and it's what stands between you and your next forty years of power. 2. Your daily rhythm is biological instruction, not a lifestyle preference. Syncing with your circadian clock builds real, sustainable capacity. 3. Sustainable power is a whole system. Nervous system regulation and emotional and spiritual alignment aren't add-ons, they run through the same upstream system as gut health and circadian rhythm.

o works with the Polymaths & the Philomaths; people who are great (even experts) at a number of things & true lovers of learning & mastery, but missing a piece (or pieces) of the puzzle where something’s not working for them or there’s a desire for something more.
At this summit, she speaks to the Renaissance Woman; those who share a lifelong curiosity, multidisciplinary mastery, & creative problem solving. The givers in life.
They often refuse to fit into one box, & know that their complexity & multidimensional identity are not the problem - it’s their power (but they don’t yet know how to use this)!
They are used to functioning in overwhelm & overload, &/or are ready to shine & move into the next level of life.
What Jo shares with these women is how to bridge the gaps, own ALL facets of themselves, then capitalise on them so they can fulfil the goal of Living Deliciously.
