This summit is a gathering of women exploring what it means to grow beyond the roles and identities we inherited.
Across three days, speakers from leadership, business, wellness, and personal evolution will share the conversations many of us are already having quietly.
Something is shifting. The ways women have been living, leading, and carrying responsibility are being questioned. New possibilities are taking shape.

THE 3-DAY EXPERIENCE
Across three days, the summit follows a natural arc… moving from awareness, to reconnection, to expansion.
DAY 1 - THE DESCENT
Before change happens, something becomes visible.
Many women have spent years operating inside expectations they never consciously chose - cultural conditioning, relational dynamics, professional roles, inherited beliefs about success and responsibility.
Day one explores those patterns with honesty and curiosity.
Conversations may touch on money and wealth identity, burnout and responsibility overload, cultural and relational conditioning, body image and aging, sexual conditioning and desire, and the emotional labor many women carry.
This day is about seeing clearly.
DAY 2 - THE RECALIBRATION
Reconnecting to your own internal signal
Once the patterns become visible, attention shifts inward.
What is actually true for me? What do I want now? What values are guiding the next chapter?
Day two explores how women reconnect with their voice, their desires, and the wisdom of their own bodies.
Conversations may touch on hormones and midlife physiology, boundaries and relational dynamics, voice and authentic expression, personal style and identity alignment, creative expression, and financial empowerment.
This is where women begin remembering what is true for them.
DAY 3 - THE RISE
Stepping into the next version of yourself
Growth rarely asks us to abandon everything we've built. More often it asks us to expand — to take up space differently, lead with greater clarity, and claim a more visible role in our lives and work.
Day three explores what it looks like to move forward with courage and intention.
Conversations may touch on visibility and presence, personal brand and public voice, investment literacy, erotic confidence and magnetism, leadership evolution, and reinvention and second chapters.
This day is about claiming what comes next.
Speaking Opportunities
Speakers have 25 minutes, used however best reflects your work - a talk, a practice, a story, a perspective.
During your segment you can introduce a free gift for attendees and a VIP bonus gift valued up to $500 for women who upgrade to lifetime access. These allow attendees to keep learning from you after the summit closes.
Speaker contribution
A $97 deposit secures your spot and supports summit production. Bring 10 guests, show up for your session on time, and stay to support the speaker before and after you - and $50 comes back your way.

A 25-minute speaking segment, a recording of your session, a unique affiliate link for registration which then tracks VIP upgrades, promotional graphics and materials, one speaker orientation sessions with Allison, and access to a shared audience across the full summit community.
Speaker orientation
Two sessions before the summit to walk through the schedule, review speaking guidelines, answer questions, and connect as a group. So every speaker arrives prepared and supported. The recording will be sent out in case you cannot make it.
Speaker Promotion
To reach the women this summit is meant for, speakers are asked to share the event with their communities - an email to your list, a post or two on social, a conversation with the people already in your world.
We'll provide graphics, copy, and sharing materials to make it easy.
This is a collaboration. We all benefit when more women find their way into this conversation.
