Across three days, speakers from leadership, business, wellness, and personal evolution will come together to share the conversations many of us are already having quietly.

THE 3-DAY EXPERIENCE
Across three days, the summit follows a natural arc… moving from awareness, to reconnection, to expansion.
DAY 1 - THE DESCENT
Before change happens, something becomes visible.
Many women have spent years operating inside expectations they never consciously chose - cultural conditioning, relational dynamics, professional roles, and inherited beliefs about success and responsibility.
The first day of the summit explores those patterns with honesty and curiosity.
Conversations may touch on themes such as:
• Money and wealth identity
• Burnout and responsibility overload
• Cultural and relational conditioning
• Body image and aging narratives
• Sexual conditioning and desire
• The emotional labor many women carry
This day is about seeing clearly.
DAY 2 - THE RECALIBRATION
Reconnecting to your own internal signal
Once the patterns become visible, attention shifts inward.
Women start asking different questions.
What is actually true for me?
What do I want now?
What values are guiding the next chapter of my life?
The second day explores how women reconnect with their voice, their desires, and the wisdom of their own bodies.
Conversations might explore topics such as:
• Hormones and midlife physiology
• Boundaries and relational dynamics
• Voice and authentic expression
• Personal style and identity alignment
• Creative expression
• Wealth structures and financial empowerment
This is where women begin remembering what is true for them.
DAY 3 - THE RISE
Stepping into the next version of yourself
Growth rarely asks us to abandon everything we’ve built.
More often, it asks us to expand - to take up space differently, to lead with greater clarity, and to claim a more visible role in our lives and work.
The final day explores what it looks like to move forward with courage and intention.
Possible conversations include:
• Visibility and presence
• Personal brand and public voice
• Investment literacy for women
• Erotic confidence and magnetism
• Leadership evolution
• Reinvention and second chapters
This day is about claiming what comes next.
Speaking Opportunities
Speakers will have a 25-minute segment during the summit.
This time can be used in a way that best reflects your work. Many speakers choose to::
• Deliver a talk
• Lead an experience or practice
• Share a powerful story or perspective
During your segment, you can introduce:
A free gift for attendees (lead magnet, resource, etc.)
A VIP bonus gift valued up to $500 (for women who upgrade to lifetime access)
These gifts help deepen the experience for participants and allow attendees to continue learning from you after the summit.
Speaker Contribution
A $97 deposit secures your speaking spot and supports summit production.
Bring 10 guests and be present for not only your segment on time, but support the speaker before and after your session to receive $50 back.
Additional Speaker Opportunities
VIP Panel Conversation
During the summit we will host a special VIP Identity Expansion Salon panel.
This conversation brings together a small group of speakers to explore themes from the summit in a more open and interactive format.
Five speakers will be invited to participate in this discussion.
These panel sessions allow for deeper dialogue and connection with the most engaged participants in the summit.

The intention behind this summit is to create something that expands the reach and impact of everyone involved.
Speaker Orientation
To support our speakers, we will host two orientation sessions prior to the summit.
These sessions are designed to help everyone feel prepared, connected, and clear about the flow of the event.
During these gatherings we will:
• Walk through the summit structure and schedule
• Review speaking guidelines
• Answer questions
• Connect as a group of collaborators
These sessions help ensure the summit runs smoothly and that every speaker feels supported in sharing their voice.
Speaker Promotion
For the summit to reach the women it’s meant for, speakers are asked to share the event with their communities.
This typically includes:
• Sending an email invitation to your audience
• Sharing about the summit on social media
• Encouraging your community to attend the conversations
We’ll provide promotional graphics, copy, and sharing materials to make this easy.
This is a collaboration - we all benefit when more aligned women find their way into this conversation.
