You stretch, there is no rush & nothing that you have to do, and you float your way over to the window to see the stunning beauty of nature surrounding you… lightly snowcapped mountain peaks and as you open the window.. the earthly scents of pine and the symphony of changing colours of the leaves.
You look down to the valley and see the deer gathering to break their fast and wander through the fields.
You dress and wander in search of your own nourishment and as your stroll you are greeted by new friends and guided to the patio overlooking the hot pools and spa that only last night held your body in its warmth, immersed, star-gazing and counting the shooting stars in disbelief at just how many stars there are.

Daily group discovery and self-connection sessions, powerful sharing circles, including but not limited to guided meditations, expansion practices such as breathwork, guided self-healing practices, deep drum journeys to guide you to where you need to look.
Pre-Trip Preparation Call to take the opportunity to come together, meet everyone we will be on this quest with, share our intentions for the retreat and learn how to best prepare for the experience.

GORGEOUS accommodations in Kananaskis Alberta Canada, a gateway to the Canadian Rockies. These are double occupancy, two bed in each of the rooms. SINGLE OCCUPANCY is an option should you choose to room alone.
Transportation to and from the airport September 26 and need to check dates here! (designated times only!) Are there shuttles?
All entrance fees to any locations outside of the Kananaskis resort within the itinerary.

What food is not included
Alcoholic beverages. This is a personal journey, one of deep healing and restoration, alcohol is not prohibited but is not nurturing and supportive for the body during this time.
Other non-included items would include souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, extra spa services, personal transportation, laundry, tips for the room maid, services and bellboys.
Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance. (This is highly recommended just in case!)

Our home for two nights is a magical place that many only dream about. Let’s make this a reality! We will be staying in the historical Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, nestled in the heart of the Canadian pride and joy, Banff National Park. Every woman who joins Allison on this exclusive extension will have a room within this Castle of the Rockies with spectacular mountain views.

VIP DAY 1
We arrive in the alpine town of Banff Alberta. check in to the Banff Springs Hotel and we have some free time to relax before we head into town for dinner! We can explore the streets and what we may have missed on our first trip out!

VIP DAY 2
We can meet for tea and breakfast before immersing yourself in the Spaaaaaa! The Spa at the Banff Spring Hotel is considered premiere, and you have the opportunity to enjoy additional time relaxing and soaking it all in! This alpine sanctuary includes waterfall treatment whirlpools, mineral pool, sauna, steam room, relaxation lounges and more! All accessible with your spa service (massage, facial or body experience). VIP DAY 3
To fully integrate the expansiveness experienced over the past week, we will be journeying to the top of Sulphur Mountain and bring in the magic of Qi Gong to settle the transformation into each and every cell of our being. There is a gondola at the base that will bring us up the mountain where we will begin our integration session to great the day. Check-out will be by 11 am and we can head into the Town of Banff for lunch before departing. A shuttle will be available at the Hotel to bring you to the Calgary International Airport if needed.
