Allison Taylor is the founder of Energy Den, a coaching and transformation space at the intersection of science, somatics, and soul, built for women in midlife who are ready to stop managing their lives and start inhabiting them. With two decades in corporate leadership and a decade of practice in nervous system regulation, somatic work, and energetics, Allison brings rigour and reverence to the same room. The Sensual Summer Giveaway is an extension of that work: a field for women who are ready to come home to themselves… and the practitioners who guide them there.
