Welcome to the Be Kind to Your Body Project!

We begin October 10 12, 2022!

This is a 22-day journey to reclaiming who you are, releasing who you are not and beginning to heal the relationship we have with our bodies.

This Project was inspired by all of us out there that feel disconnected from our bodies, all of us out there who do not see how incredible we truly are... and yes, on the outside too, for all of us out there that feel not so great about the skin we are in and all the lumps and bumps that are a part of who we are.

What Women Have to Say About the Project

  • This Be Kind To Your Body Project has really helped me to take a big step with my self love journey. I was only taking tiny baby steps before. I really enjoyed Allison’s Qi Gong practices & Wanda’s uplifting comments. It was great to be in a space where we could be raw & vulnerable together as we thought about are bodies on a daily basis. Some days were rough. Some days felt very rewarding. All days were helpful to take that big step. Thank you for putting this together Allison & Wanda!

  • I absolutely loved this time spent in close connection and vulnerability which such amazing women. Each one of them held space and supported each other through their journey. There were highs and lows but I always felt seen, heard and supported through each step. I have come to love my body so much more and feel so incredibly empowered as a woman no matter what my physical body looks like. Other people's opinions no longer matter as much as they did before and it feels fantastic! I still have work to do, more feelings to explore, more emotions to feel and witness but I am so much farther than when I started. Thank you to each and everyone of the goddesses I shared this container with, you are all blindingly beautiful inside and out ❤️

  • I am so grateful for the container that was created for us to celebrate our beauty. It provided me with the opportunity to explore my thoughts and break boundaries I had imposed on my self worth. It is difficult at times to take that raw look at myself and push back those self limiting thoughts but works of art take time 😉. Thank you Allison and Wanda for everything you have done. Thanks to all you beautiful souls that participated, for sharing your vulnerabilities and achievements with us all making the journey a little easier. Soooooo when is the next one?

What Happens Within the

Be Kind to Your Body Project?

  • Daily Challenge to Shift the Narrative We have Created

We gather in a very private facebook Community where we begin to dismantle the stories that we have decided were true about our bodies, who we are and how we are perceived, and how we perceive and judge ourselves.

There is a daily prompt to explore the inner depths of who you are now, to create space for who you are becoming. Each day we will commune together, take a picture of self in relation to the prompt and post within the thread along with what is coming forward for you, openly, authentically, honestly for yourself to honour where you are at. We commune together to support each others rise, without judgement, in sacred confidence, forgiveness, of compassion for self and others. This should all only take 15 minutes of your time if you are in the group daily!

  • Embodiment

Through this journey together we begin to release the layers of beliefs, patterns, behaviours that are no longer serving who you are becoming. We do this through coming back in to who we are, with compassion, forgiveness, exploration and development of a new way of communicating with your body, developing a new relationship through our inner intelligence.

We will explore how your body communicates with you, what the signs and signals are that allow you to come back in, to settle into your body, through various practices and tools such as embracing our emotions, release, repatterning our thoughts and beliefs, breathwork, sound, movement and embodiment.

  • Communion & Transformation

This container that we are creating together is sacred, a space to be cherished much like our bodies. The space is treated with respect, honour, as each of us shows up everyday for self and each other ~we are not meant to do this game of life alone. Coming together in community is one of the fastest ways to heal, grow, transform into the next version of you that supports your journey to a state of thriving.

  • This space has been an experience like no other. It has been a safety net to be able deep dive into the truths and the whys of how I view myself, and has allowed me the grace to gently release all those stories and see who I truly am underneath. I am so grateful to have stepped into the journey with all of you 💕 it has been an honour watching you all come to the realization that you are worthy and deserving of love, and growing alongside with you as I, too, realized my worth. Thank you so so so much to Wanda and Allison for creating this group and showing up just as vulnerable as the rest of us. I love the parallel learning instead of just the do-as-I-say style teaching.

  • This is absolutely a life changing experience in do many ways. I got so much more out of this than I expected. For the first time in my life, I am seeing myself more clearly. I love being in this container and the energy of all the amazing women here. I experienced so much growth. I loved the supportive environment and the challenges that helped me push myself past discomfort. I feel so much more powerful in myself and more grounded in who I am. I have so much love and gratitude for this experience and everyone involved.

  • The biggest take away I have from this group is I finally feel good about my smile. Also I kinda started enjoying being in pictures. Before I looked almost pained to have my smile & face in a picture. I'm more comfortable just allowing myself to seen & documented! This space was so safe I felt completely comfortable to explore the shadows. I hope to be part of something like this again. Thank you all for being here! 💖

It takes courage to face your fears and do the thing anyways to make the changes that you seek. These women have all created a shift in the world where the ripple effects will be felt for future generations until it is no longer required. These women are mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, and friends and these shifts that have been made will be mirrored and refracted to others, these beauties are examples of how we can live in a space of encouragement and not shutting ourselves down.

I am Wanda Elise Loubriel, owner, operator and creator with Wild Light Intimate Photography.

I am motivated by SELF LOVE and the opposite. The lack of self love. I grew up hating myself and my body. Always thinking I would be happy if/when I lost the weight. I couldn't see the beauty within. I felt disconnected. As soon as I started my photography journey I started "seeing" beauty in others I had not seen before. I fell in love with the idea of showing EVERY woman (especially women) how we ALL have a unique light. But , first I had to heal my own insecurities. First I had to learn to accept and love myself NOW. A beauty that shows on many levels and certainly not only what media tries to portray. Providing Art for Women of all walks of life . But not only the physical art. The experience of having a makeover , a wardrobe design and intimate images captured while telling your story. This is an experience every woman should have.

Meet Your Guides on this Journey

I am Allison Taylor, one of your lovely facilitators and guides through this immersive experience.

I am the owner, operator and curator of modalities with Energy Den. I did not get to this space of following my passion and living in inspired action overnight… I spent years of my life, giving to others, as a mother, wife, career, and home, until I couldn’t. I burnt out, I was sick and became the walking poster child for dis-ease and I did not know that there was another way of being until I started coming out the other side. I began connecting with my body and developing my intuition, and this has changed everything for me! I have come to a place of peace, calm, and passion with an incredible amount of support and navigation through nutrition, plant medicine, psychology, neurolinguistic programming, deep-diving into energy work and beyond to stand where I am today and I cannot wait to share with you, tools and practices that you can incorporate into your own life to support you in all that you are, and all that you are becoming. I look forward to journeying with you! (Yes, this is a picture of me with curlers in my hair… time to get real ya’ll!)

This is a big conversation and we wanted to bring the inspired action of Wanda into an intimate container and blend this with the magic of reconnecting with our bodies using the tools and techniques Allison teaches in Energy Den.

Wanda has held incredible photo challenges where she would post selfies of herself, allowing her to feel the feels, the vulnerability and to truly see herself and in turn, she underwent a beautiful metamorphosis and is continuing to inspire us as we explore what this means for each of us as individuals and support each other through this journey. #unfiltered

This is the second collaboration and we will be rolling with the energy of the group as we each post pics every day, support each other and rise each other up on this adventure!

Each day will have a thread to post our daily selfies and/or exercises that can support us in working through discomfort, explore ideas to support deeper discovery and we can do a few zooms to touch base, do some massive clearing work and shift the narrative that has been in our fields for so long! We hope to see you in the group!

Registration opens September 2022!

More Women Who Are Making A Difference

  • I am sooooooo grateful for this container that Wanda Elise Loubriel and Allison Taylor have created and all of the beautiful souls who have held space within it!!! I had no idea what a profound effect that showing up for myself while within this container would have on me. For the first time (probably ever) I stand and look in the mirror and absolutely LOVE the reflection that I see looking back at me. I SEE a woman who IS healthy, whole, and complete! Celebrating and accepting of all of the things that make me unique and human. Perfectly imperfect! I have felt a big shift in my concept of self and how I express mySelf in the world. I look forward to seeing what else comes forward as I continue along this journey with kindness and appreciation for my body 💗

  • Being a member of this group has really created the space for growth in self love & awareness of programming that no longer serves me. It’s allowed me to quiet the ego & really tune in & listen to what it is that my body has been asking of me for a really long time, things that I had shut out because I thought they were too difficult to dig into or not important. The biggest thing that stepped forward for me was actually, truly wanting to nourish my body with beautiful healthy foods, that lovingly support my body to function internally with ease. And of course, kind, encouraging self talk. I’m so very thankful for everything that all these amazing women in the group have brought to the table. A huge thank you to Wanda & Allison for creating this safe space for us to be vulnerable, for the variety of tools, daily check ins & encouragement. I feel so fortunate to have been here. 💖

  • This space has been such an incredible, safe and supportive container to begin my journey of learning how to begin seeing, accepting and loving myself. Thank all of you beautiful and powerful ladies for the support. I look forward to continuing to connect with all of you unique, beautiful ladies. ❤️

Be the Change You Want to See

"We but mirror the world. All the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body. If we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. As a man changes his own nature, so does the attitude of the world change towards him. This is the divine mystery supreme. A wonderful thing it is and the source of our happiness. We need not wait to see what others do.” ~ Mahatma Gandhi
